I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in New York City, working primarily with adolescents and young adults on building skills to manage mood, anxiety, understand themselves and others better, and build a life that feels good. I completed my doctoral training at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Illinois at Chicago and I have an undergraduate degree in History from Yale University. I've worked as a professor and researcher for many years (including at Northwestern University, Drexel University, and New York University), and I bring empirically-supported treatment approaches to the clinical work I do with clients.
