Introduction
Hello! I’m Sara, a therapist for adults & teenagers struggling in their relationships- relationships with others, with yourself, with your body, with food, and with the natural world. I work with eating disorders, low self-esteem, and relationship issues (including past domestic abuse & relational trauma), as well as with questions and explorations around life meaning, connection, and identity. I love to thoughtfully help my clients explore their emotional intricacies. My work is to help you better understand and appreciate yourself. I think of myself as a companion on your path of self-discovery, helping you turn inward to reconnect with your needs and desires on your journey home toward your authentic self. Letting you take the lead, together we will move at your pace, learning your story and untangling the threads. We can talk, make art, explore dreams, and play, and I can offer my curiosity, sense of humor, and grounding presence along the way. My hope is to create a therapeutic relationship that empowers you to get in touch with your own innate resiliency.
