Introduction

Welcome!! I'm so glad you have gotten this far. My passion is helping people through transitions. From late teens and early twenties striving to find their place in this world or trying not to drop out of college. As we age we realize distress does not end so I welcome those of you that feel stuck. My goals are to help process what is hindering you from also living your best life. I take an individualized approach but lean upon cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy with a strength based, person-centered approach. I received my bachelors from San Francisco State University and I received my Masters from Chapman University in Monterey, CA. My love of traveling has led me to be triple licensed in California, Colorado and Florida. In addition, I do have a few coaching slots available for those outside the state that do not need mental health treatment. I have a long history of working in schools, residential treatment facilities, crisis centers, managing non-profits and county behavioral health programs but am at my favorite place in life holding down my amazing private practice and doing consulting work. Feel free to email with any questions you may have. And, if you are ready to book and you don't see anytime that works for you, please reach out, I have graduations often and some twice monthly appointments available. Cheers! Sara
