Introduction

After 11 years as a school counselor I've begun the transition into private practice, taking with me all of the things I've learned along the way. My therapeutic approach is modeled after each child's interests and needs, based on the time I spend with them. I utilize different modalities of treatment, including play and art therapies, CBT, solution-based brief therapies, and more. My space is large and friendly, making space for your child to be able to move and play freely - giving them the confidence to express themselves however they feel. This is my greatest insight into them, and from there we work as a team - parents, school, doctor, myself - to set your child up for their best future!
