I have 14 years of experience in the mental health field, treating individuals experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and ineffective behaviors that interfere with their overall quality of life. I aim to provide my clients with a safe place to process their feelings and practical tools they can use to enhance their wellbeing and live the life they want to lead. I encourage clients to turn their focus inwards through yoga-based movement and mindfulness, noticing their internal experiences and identifying innate qualities within themselves that can promote their own healing. I also teach practical skills from the DBT framework that clients can utilize to feel in control, capable, and empowered to be agents of their own lives. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, running, practicing yoga, traveling, and reading.
