Introduction

Clinic hours: Mon-Fri, 9a-2p Central / Not currently taking new clients My focus is helping adults who are neurodiverse and facing challenges with anxiety, depression, life changes, stress, and coping. My approach is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, always with a focus on building a supportive professional relationship. I am highly collaborative and enjoy incorporating elements that are tailored to the client's particular style and personality. Though based in Wisconsin, I am also licensed to practice in Illinois and New York. I'm also able to provide telehealth services to clients in any PsyPact state (APIT# 13324).
