Hi, I’m Sara, and I work with adults who have difficulties with anxiety, ADHD, codependency, substance use, and trauma. I create a space that allows you to decompress from your challenges. During that time, we will work on finding skills and methods to assist you in healing, growth, and overall life satisfaction. I take a holistic and individualistic approach in my work as a therapist. It is essential to honor and respect everyone’s stories, values, beliefs, and ways of processing and learning information. Therapy is more than unraveling our thoughts and feelings; it is also about how you live your life outside the session. I like to integrate and collaborate with one’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual side, as that provides healing in a more balanced way. I have often heard how uncomfortable and anxiety-producing it is when coming to therapy for the first time. When we first meet, I will let you decide if we work well together. I will provide you with the space where you will be met with compassion and understanding and where you will feel seen, heard, and understood. Our space will be safe for you to come to and feel that you and what you share are the most important in the room. You deserve that, and are worth committing time to focus and get to know yourself better.
