Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas (LSCSW) Seeking therapy and embarking on a journey toward healing can feel daunting, especially when faced with the traditional power dynamics of an office setting. That’s why I offer online therapy, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home or any place where you feel most at ease. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—instead, you can find solace and guidance in your own safe space as we work together. I will hold a space for you where we can build a rapport based on trust and understanding, using various treatment modalities to achieve your goals for a better life. For 10 years, I’ve supported clients with issues such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, complex trauma, infertility, and women’s issues. My extensive experience enables me to offer tailored, effective support through person-centered therapy and EMDR, addressing each client’s unique needs and fostering their overall well-being. I understand how tough it can be to manage depression, low self-esteem and self worth, anxiety, and complex trauma. With over 10 years of experience, I offer compassionate, personalized support. If you're also dealing with infertility or low self-worth, I’m here to help you find healing and growth. When you're ready, I'll support you every step of the way. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life targeting complex drama, in addition to anxiety, depression and various life stressors. I really love working with school aged kiddos and the Gen Z, Gen X and millennial populations. Some fun facts about me: I was born and raised in Manhattan Ks and moved to the KC area in 2011. I went to K-State for undergrad and KU for grad school. I started off working with kiddos of all ages, and was convinced I wanted to be a school social worker while in grad school. Life has a funny way of showing us what we're meant to do! I used to play the violin from grades K-12. I enjoy traveling and learning and exploring other cultures. I also really enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 boys.
