Introduction

New Clients: Please Contact my office for information about appointments and my intake process. I currently have a WAITLIST with limited openings. My Experience: Hi, welcome to my practice. I am glad you are here and thinking about therapy as an option. I have worked in the Brazosport Community as a counselor in the school district since 2001 and as a therapist at the high school for the past 4 years . In order to expand my reach and break down barriers to accessing mental health, I opened my private practice in 2022. I have loved the opportunity to passionately serve my community in a new capacity and to watch individuals gain clarity in areas where they were previously stuck and take ownership for their well-being. Areas of Focus and Expertise: I am trained in a variety of therapies including CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Parts Work and other evidence-based psychotherapies which provide individualized treatment so people can process past traumas, develop coping skills, maintain emotional regulation, gain social growth, and gain the skills to better manage daily experiences. My Approach: As a certified trauma and resilience practitioner, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space for you or your loved one to address emotional and mental health needs. I create an environment for growth and healing. I am passionate about helping individuals look at their image in the mirror and loving the person they see. You will discover how to leave ineffective, outdated thinking patterns and behaviors in the past. Let's work together to build a life worth celebrating!
