ABOUT ME: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide individual psychotherapy services through Sand River Therapy. Clinical Social Work has been my specialty for over 12 years. I was drawn to this field as I’m passionate about helping others. I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals over the years from a variety of backgrounds. I bring my seasoned experience with several evidenced based tools and resources that we can explore. My goal for all of those I get to work with is to help them find what works for them. We are all unique individuals and your care should focus on what works for you. I have experience with several commonly used models including: CBT, DBT, ACT and more. Sand River is a place of peace for me, my family and beloved dog. Life can bring all of us varying amounts of stress and emotional turmoil. It can be exhausting and complicated to navigate. Even the smallest action to alleviate this can feel daunting. Caring for yourself may come with many nuances and barriers. You are not alone and you don’t have to do this by yourself. Asking for help can be difficult and requires vulnerability. I promise to offer you a safe space to traverse this.
