Introduction

Sometimes life doesn’t turn out as planned. We can find ourselves struggling to deal with the emotional turmoil as we try to adjust to changes and loss. There can be difficult and intense feelings that accompany these experiences such as shame, sadness, stress, burnout or anxiety. Forging a path forward can feel impossible and daunting. Finding a space to be authentically vulnerable and that affirms your whole self can be hard. It can feel like no one will understand or that they’ll judge you. You don’t have to do this alone. I will create a comfortable, safe atmosphere and work as a team with you on your wellness goals. Common things that I have helped others with include infertility, pregnancy loss, career burnout, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief/loss, relationship issues, adjusting to new diagnoses, understanding neurodivergence and adjusting to major life changes. I am specially trained in Perinatal Mental Health and have experience supporting Immigrants. I promise to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you. Together, we can work toward helping you find a little more peace, tranquility and hopefully, a path forward. We can go at your pace and consider your unique situation. I am here to partner with you therefore, I welcome feedback and collaboration on what works or doesn’t work for you. Reach out if you want to talk more.
