Introduction

Starting therapy is a big step, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this journey. I work with young adults (18-25) and older adults (25+) from the BIPOC community who are feeling stuck or disconnected from their true selves, often due to the weight of past trauma, overwhelming emotions, and strained relationships. They want to find clarity, heal, and move toward a life where they feel more authentic, balanced, and empowered. So they’re looking for a therapist who values cultural sensitivity, trust, compassion, and collaboration and provides a space where they can feel truly heard and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
