We work with people that are experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, pregnancy/ prenatal/ postpartum, life transitions stress, trauma, low self-esteem, codependency, grief, among others. We utilize different approaches based on your needs and preferences. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills. We are client centered.
