Introduction

As a marriage and family therapist associate, I work with individuals, couples and families. Using a strength-based systems approach, I consider all of the diverse factors impacting my clients and the strengths they bring with them to therapy. I use a variety of techniques from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Solution Focused, Experiential, Emotionally Focused, and Narrative therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to discover existing skills and develop achievable goals to address challenges such as relationship issues, family conflict, communication issues, loss, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, anger and stress management, self-esteem, and life changes and transitions.
