I have worked with people who struggle with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, work/life balance, relationships, family issues and more. I specialize in working with people with addiction disorders. I am certified as a Substance Abuse Professional and approved to complete DOT required evaluations. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist and focus primarily on identifying, challenging and reframing thoughts and feelings along with learning the skills to change behavior.
