My clients seek to feel better, discover who they truly are, find their life’s purpose, and heal from past traumas. Many are struggling with overwhelming feelings of sadness, anxiety, confusion, or a sense of being stuck. I offer clients support in navigating their complex emotions, help them gain insight into their behaviors, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. I’m passionate about working with adults who have experienced childhood abuse and neglect. I know the profound impact these early experiences can have on one’s mental and emotional well-being and how they can influence one’s sense of identity and purpose.
