As an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) therapist, I combine ancient wisdom traditions with 3rd wave therapeutic methods to help you re-train your mind, rewire your brain, and do what works. My primary focus is empowering you to take a deep dive into your unique “operating systems” so you can learn to ‘run your mind and emotions’, instead of being run by the unworkable patterns and conditioned reflexes that have kept you stuck… sometimes for years or even decades. Using psychoeducation, skill building, and experiential exercises, I give clients the tools they need to let go of unworkable patterns so they can make shifts that will open them up to a fuller, richer, more meaningful life… and finally do what works with flexibility, courage, and joy. I am known for my ability to ask good questions, to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, to inspire frequent ‘aha’ moments, to give direct feedback, and never let your false self run the show.
