Our mission is to provide supportive, respectful, and inclusive services to help you improve your mental health and well-being to live a more meaningful life. We do this by getting to know you, by understanding your values, your unique needs, and your goals. It takes courage to seek help. Therapy can help you develop self-awareness and, most importantly, find strategies to help you live a more fulfilling life. In working together, we will work to develop an understanding of your own story and the obstacles you face. I work with adults with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and life transitions/adjustments. Our therapeutic style is empathic, supportive, honest, and open-minded.
