I was a socially awkward teenager when I discovered psychology. I began to understand about our thoughts and feelings, how our minds worked and how we could use that knowledge to help ourselves. Later I began my practice, Calm Matters in 2005. I work with people not with diagnoses. My purpose is to be there for you when life isn't going as you want it, when you’re unhappy or dissatisfied, have feelings you can't manage and you'd like someone who's objective but caring, to help you figure it out. We look at and sort out everyday issues like health, relationships, finances and goals which may affect how you feel and how you're coping. My approach is about getting you on your way with anticipation, solutions and tools to use!
