Introduction

Life can be difficult, and at times, painful. Sometimes, we need help to find our way through a patch of darkness on our path. If you are looking for someone to work alongside of you to help you get back on track, I am here to help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Certified Telehealth Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience working with teens and adults. My approach to treatment is, above all, person centered. I will work with you to develop a personalized plan and assist you in reaching your goals. While I work primarily from an EMDR framework, my professional education and experience allow me to identify specific techniques from a variety of approaches that are best suited to meet your individual needs. If you are looking for help with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, or navigating life changes, I would welcome the opportunity to help you.
