Introduction

You have the power to change your life and that power lies in your mindset – how you process challenging experiences and the feelings attached to them. Change can seem overwhelming, and we can find ourselves stuck in the same patterns void of any progress. If you are ready to take control of your life and process uncomfortable experiences head-on, I can help. By choosing your thoughts and feeling your feelings, you can undo negative patterns and behaviors and create the life you want to live. Therapy is a partnership between the therapist and the client that takes place in a compassionate, safe, and confidential environment, where you can identify and overcome the negative beliefs and patterns that stifle your personal and professional growth. I specialize in serving first responders, military personnel, veterans, and persons experiencing or with a history of trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, complicated grief, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. My professional experience includes working with death and dying, chronic illness, and oncology. I worked as an emergency dispatcher for EMS/fire/law enforcement and within the Department of Veteran Affairs. Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, I can personalize my approach to meet you where you are in your unique life journey and help you achieve your goals. Therapy does not have to take years. Incorporating mindfulness skills, cognitive treatment, trauma-based therapy, and Brainspotting with talk therapy can help you experience rapid healing. My passion is to help you get to the core of what is preventing you from having the life you want and help you to build and enhance your strengths and resilience to create the life of your dreams. Please call me directly at 307.757.6014 to schedule your appointment today. I look forward to working with you.
