My career as a therapist has spanned over 20 years working with individuals facing challenges of work related stress, racial stress, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and interpersonal relationships. I am a trained Solution Focused Brief therapist with extensive clinical social work and employee assistance background. I am also a DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional and a Certified Case Manager. My work has allowed me to counsel individuals working in health care, education, corporations, industry, government agencies and the military. I have witnessed people from all walks of life struggling against seemingly unsurmountable odds and they have found ways to manage them in a manner which allowed hope to be present.
