Unprocessed trauma is an issue that is often the root cause of strained relationships, addiction, and overall poor mental health. I can help you work through these issues in a supportive environment. I am trained in providing evidence- based couples therapy and I am certified in EMDR therapy, a therapy that is proven to help individuals heal from past trauma. Together, you and I will identify limiting beliefs, past hurts and present behaviors that get in the way of the vision you have for you life and relationship.
