I create a safe, encouraging, and healing space for my clients to engage in self-exploration and acceptance without judgement, criticism, or guilt. My priority is to ensure that our time together is valuable so that it positively impacts your daily life. Whether that is through an improved sense of security and self-esteem, a clearer vision about your life (past, present, future); decreased symptoms related to anxiety, depression, PTSD or trauma; or developing more authentic and meaningful relationships. I am here to provide support and guidance as you find your voice, face your fears, and create positive changes in your life. I often work with adults and adolescents ages 12+ that are experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, chronic illness, life transitions, grief & loss, LGBTQ+ support, and relationship issues. Through an eclectic approach specific to YOUR needs we'll work together to resolve, not band aid your unique challenges. I believe that finding the correct “fit” between clinician and client is a key component to successful therapy and am happy to answer any questions you have about me or working together.
