My approach to therapy is guided by the belief that we all innately know what we need for ourselves and those answers are within our hearts, body, and spirit. With that I approach therapy from a person-centered and collaborative approach. Our work together will focus on motivating your self-expression, uncovering your strengths, and identifying humanizing experiences to uncover and identify patterns of dysfunction that may no longer be serving you. I strongly uses motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches, EMDR, spirituality, and a psychodynamic lens in my practice to process trauma, uncover deep emotions, and work through day to day routines and interactions to make room for healing, deeper awareness, and those aha moments that make us more whole. I specialize in working with adults of all ages navigating ADHD, autism spectrum disorder,, spiritual dilemmas, psychedelic integration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and those who are wanting to really dig in and understand all parts and aspects of themselves. I hold a Masters in Social Work degree from Indiana University (2016). I have specialized training in Motivational Interviewing (5+ years of specialized research and development), EMDR, and interest and certificates in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and somatic experiences. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker License #099281148 in the state of Colorado. Some of my hobbies and interest include writing, reading, finding flow state with whatever that is of the day, mindful walks, thrifting, hot yoga, sitting outside, and going to music concerts and traveling with my family. I am a mom to a 9 month old baby and have an Australian Shepherd and an orange cat.
