Making the decision to seek psychotherapy requires one to be both brave and vulnerable at the same time. Reaching out for help takes guts and I am always honored to be a part of someone's journey. You remain in the driver's seat while I ride along side as a trained listener who helps you to make sense of your experience and encourage you to make desired changes along the way.
