Introduction

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe change comes from within you when you are ready. Once you have taken that first step, I will be there to help facilitate your therapeutic journey. Having a safe place to speak openly about what troubles you are facing is my top priority. Together let's improve relationships, coping and healing from life's challenges, and achieving emotional relief using compassion and mindfulness. I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University. I am a DBT trained therapist for individuals, couples, and families. I have experience with a diverse population and age range, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma etc. No problem is too big or too small to talk about. Therapy is about praising the small goals just as much as the big ones.
