Hello! I have to say I am so proud of you making this first step. I can understand how difficult it is, but I am here to help! My therapeutic approach is based on forming a collaborative relationship with each client and working together to make lasting changes.I specialize in therapies targeted across the lifespan, from teens through seniors. I believe in creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages can build insight and address the current challenges they may be going through. I brings a mix of compassion, humor, and authenticity to her work in a way that makes clients feel at ease. As a clinician with a deep commitment to your self and personal development, I bring a range of therapeutic approaches- DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, Trauma Informed approaches, and multicultural counseling. My goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support required to navigate life's challenges and achieve your personal goals.
