If you are struggling to connect to other people, or if you are having a hard time maintaining current relationships, I can help. You are not alone and you can make meaningful changes. Counseling is designed to help people live happier, healthier and more productive lives. Sessions explore issues in different ways so that clients can process and grow from challenges. With over 25 years of teaching experience, I can help students develop confidence in themselves and cherish the differences in their learning styles. I love working with students to overcome test and social anxiety. In addition, I enjoy working with transitions to first jobs, career changes, college, or other adulting skills! Your goals are important to me! My experience working with children, teens, and adults is extensive, and I am ready to accompany you on this journey.
