Living in a world of chaos can leave a lot of uncertainty during life transitions. These can be transitioning in gender, motherhood, divorce, relational distress, parenthood, career change, loss of a person, or coming out. As someone with a profound level of lived experience aligned with a graduate degree in Counseling, my aim is to provide an authentic, safe space, where we co-create the ideal path utilizing an array of tools in order to support your needs. We begin, where you are. My focus is to support modern women and couples through complex events, trust rebuilding, and the unlayering of trauma.
