I help people who are feeling stuck to find ways to get unstuck. Whether you're feeling stuck in your thoughts, stuck in relationship patterns that feel like they aren't working, stuck in the past, or stuck in habits that you don't like - I want to help you find freedom and relief. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and depression. I work with individuals ages 15+ and couples. Your story, your history, your beliefs, and your values matter. I want to make sure there is space for you to come exactly as you are to therapy. In my work with clients, I prioritize integrating and honoring your identity in the therapy process. I have experience and enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, chronic pain/illness, and single-parent populations. I identify as a Christian and can integrate Christian faith into therapy work upon client request. I am available to work with clients throughout the states of Arizona and Michigan. I offer telehealth sessions, allowing you to move toward wellness from the comfort of your own home or work space.
