My name is Samantha Harrold (she/her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist, Certified in The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. It took me a long time to learn that there is power in being a highly sensitive person, that the fire I held could ignite other's healing. I now specialize in working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and strive to spread this fire by helping adult survivors of trauma heal wounds so they can feel safe in their own bodies, and live an empowered life. As an artist and yogi I am a firm believer in the power of holistic healing, which considers the whole person -- body, mind, spirit, and emotions -- in the quest for health and wellness. I believe all humans have intuitive wisdom and an innate ability to heal themselves. All that you need is already within you, together we can work to access these resources.
