I'm a trained EMDR therapist who is passionate about helping people work through stressful experiences, trauma, and anxiety. These issues can show up in your life as difficulty managing emotions, difficulty becoming independent, difficulty forming and/or maintaining healthy relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, and panic. In extreme cases, it can cause PTSD. It’s been an honor to join clients in their journey of finding their self worth, recognizing their power and strength in the present, and moving forward into a rich and meaningful life based on their values. I provide a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore difficult events and emotions. I use EMDR and an IFS - informed approach to help clients meet and heal the places where they go into fight, flight, or freeze. Through these techniques, clients get unstuck and learn new skills for coping with triggers.
