I am passionate about the work I do with my clients and use a compassionate approach integrating CBT, Psychodynamic therapy and Person-Centered therapy to treat my clients. The populations I work with are New York based, young adults ages 18 and over, adults, and geriatric. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, and athletic mindset/ performance.
