Introduction

Are you struggling with constant racing thoughts and worries? Maybe you are tired of feeling on edge all the time or simply cannot relax. We can work together to create a safe place for you to unpack your anxiety and attune with your body and mind. Getting caught in an achievement trap, having nightmares, having trouble focusing and sleeping are all common symptoms of anxiety and can at times be triggered by past trauma. Together, we can work to reconnect you to your body through mindfulness practices, repairing attachment wounds and trauma processing. It is possible to heal your relationship with yourself. Beyond traditional talk therapy, I offer brainspotting to identify and release core neuro-physiological sources of emotional pain and trauma. Brainspotting is a powerful brain and body based method that uses eye positions to process trauma and regulate the nervous system. I also use a person-centered approach to work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, transitions and family relationships. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents by providing a safe place for you to find clarity, seek healing, empowerment and make meaning out of the ebbs and flows of life. I believe we each have the ability within ourselves to create the life we want and deserve. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
