As someone who personally experienced the impact counseling can have on trauma, grief, and relationships, I strive to be a counselor who walks with you through your healing journey. If you are struggling with any type of trauma, grief, mental health, or relationship issues, I get it! And if you're ready to experience positive change, as I did, I'd love to help. I practice primarily from a cognitive approach, while also utilizing interventions from several counseling theories. This allows me to individualize counseling sessions to the unique needs of my clients. If you are looking for a non-judgmental experience with an empathetic counselor, I would love to speak with you and discuss how I can be of help! I offer a sliding fee scale because I do not want finances to be a barrier to receiving help. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
