My name is Samantha Becerra and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who is committed to helping others find their path to a more fulfilling life. I was born and raised in Arizona and have always felt my calling was helping others. I specialize in individual psychotherapy for children ages 6+, teens, and adults of all ages in Arizona. My experience includes treating a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting, low self-esteem, self-harm, stress management, grief and loss, narcissistic abuse, codependency, intrusive thoughts, trauma, and PTSD. I have specific experience helping those who struggle with symptoms associated with BPD, PTSD, OCD, and dissociative disorders. Symptoms I have helped clients work through include self-sabotaging behaviors and relationship struggles. I appreciate the uniqueness of each and every person and believe your therapy treatment should be unique to you. I practice evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), among many others as I utilize an eclectic approach. Together, we will come up with the best game plan that aligns with what you want most in your life. This is a supervised private practice.
