Many things may have caused you to go into survival mode but I can assist you in discovering the ways you can take control and find success. I will help you identify the hit or miss strategies that don't serve you in daily life and start replacing them with more beneficial alternatives. I draw from many different modalities of counseling like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and strength based approaches. My specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which activates the brain's adaptive processing systems to heal from traumatic experiences.
