Introduction

At Conquer the Enemy Counseling, we provide compassionate and effective mental health care with a focus on trauma-informed therapy. Our safe and supportive environment helps individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build resilience. My background as a former police officer and my work with justice-involved youth as a counselor and clinical therapist provide me with a unique perspective on trauma and life. This diverse experience enriches our understanding and enhances our therapeutic approach. We also offer Christian counseling for those wishing to integrate their faith into their healing journey, as well as specialized ADHD coaching to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Our personalized care approach ensures individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique experiences and goals. At Conquer the Enemy Counseling, we are committed to supporting our clients on their journey to mental wellness and a fulfilling life.
