Hi, I'm Sam! I am a Postgraduate Master’s Resident at ARMH offering individual, couples, and sex therapy. I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. My love for therapy comes from my own experiences with anxiety, which taught me that healing and growth is possible in a safe and empowering therapeutic space. My goal is to create an understanding, judgement-free environment where my clients feel empowered to share their lived experiences and pursue healing and growth.
