With 10 years of counseling experience, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that includes a blend of insight-oriented talk therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, and experiential techniques such as Brainspotting and IFS-informed therapy. Whether you're navigating relational challenges, sexual issues, communication barriers, life transitions, trauma, addiction, or mental health hurdles like anxiety and depression, I focus on creating a non-judgmental environment for you to work through challenges. Sam Hardwig is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Arizona), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and Brainspotting Practitioner. In addition to private practice, Sam has worked as a musician for 30 years and enjoys supporting people in their creative process. Located in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, his office provides a welcoming space for your growth and healing.
