Introduction

With 10 years of counseling experience, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that includes a blend of insight-oriented talk therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, and experiential techniques such as Brainspotting, and IFS-informed therapy. Whether you're navigating relational challenges, communication barriers, life transitions, trauma, addiction, sexual issues, or mental health hurdles like anxiety and depression, I focus on creating a non-judgmental environment for you to work through challenges. In addition to private practice, I have 30 years of experience as a professional drummer and enjoy supporting people in their creative process. Sam is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Brainspotting Practitioner. Located in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, his office provides a welcoming space for your growth and healing.
