Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in cognitive-behavioral approaches to case conceptualization and treatment. In my clinical practice, I emphasize empirically-supported, evidenced-based interventions for a variety of interpersonal problems and psychological conditions, most notably anxiety disorders, unipolar depression, and personality disorders, as well as presenting concerns that transcend diagnostic boundaries (e.g., life transitions, stress, emotion dysregulation). In tandem with my commitment to helping clients through approaches that have been shown to work, I utilize a collaborative approach that accounts for client’s unique attitudes, beliefs, circumstances, stressors, and strengths.
