I have nearly 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health, with individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues (coupling and uncoupling, including premarital counseling and divorce), and depression and anxiety. I also have specific experience helping those with acculturation issues, survivors of DV/ SA and narcissistic abuse, and PTSD and grief and loss. I am compassionate in my approach but I also believe in problem solving. I will support you and encourage you as you evolve into the healthiest, happiest, strongest version of yourself.
