Introduction

It may be anxiety, depression, or important life changes that have brought you to this page, and to reach out for therapy. The task of choosing a therapist may seem overwhelming. I'm here to help. I provide complimentary, 20 minute sessions either by phone or Zoom to help you to clarify your goals for therapy. We also discuss whether you feel comfortable with my treatment approach in helping you to work through the issues which are troubling you. Read more below about my practice. ABOUT MY APPROACH: My commitment as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist is to provide a private and consistent therapeutic space where you can be free to explore and decide what matters most in your life. I take time to get to know you, where you've been, and what paths you want to take next in your life's journey. In collaboration, we explore the changes you feel need to be made to help you to live a life that makes sense for you. With less pain and stress. With more creativity, love, and meaning. I have been a psychologist in practice for over 25 years. My therapy practice focuses on intensive psychoanalytic psychotherapy and brief solution-focused therapies. In addition, I have expertise in evaluation and counseling for clients who are seeking to change career paths, whether voluntarily or due to changes in their life situations. I provide both in-person and telehealth sessions. My commitment as a psychologist and business owner is to help empower current and future mental health professionals to succeed in their practices. I am available for both clinical and practice management consultations to licensed mental health professionals and psychology-focused businesses. I am a qualified supervisor in the State of Florida for mental health counselor interns.
