Introduction

Hello, I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for over 10 years in social work and treatment settings ranging from intensive inpatient hospitals to my current private practice. I am dedicated to serving adults in various stages of recovery, be it from burnout, childbirth, divorce, career transitions, empty nesting, first-time adulting, alcoholism, chronic pain, addiction, grief, generational family dysfunction, marginalization, or cultural toxicity. I approach treatment from a holistic strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and will work with you collaboratively to set goals. I value the inherent dignity of all human beings, believe Black lives matter, work to make implicit bias known to myself, and practice to be a safe provider for all gender expressions and sexual orientations though WPATH's standards of care. Through a supportive and safe environment, we will work together to rediscover your true self and embrace your potential. You will regain confidence, dignity, and integrate once-exiled aspects of your personality in a functional manner. My approach focuses on fostering self-awareness and growth with compassion and non-judgmental understanding.
