Introduction

As a registered counselor and faith-based counselor, I can incorporate a faith and evidence-based approach into our sessions. I understand that each situation and circumstance is unique to you, the individual, and would like to be there in your journey to determine your next steps unique to you. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. I work with Dr. Lidia Martinez Christian Counseling Group. Some of my utilized methods of treatment include CBT, ACT, SFBT, and working through trauma and anxiety while merging faith-based practice. Thank you for considering me in your search for a counselor. I recognize how difficult it can be at times when taking the first step. I do firmly believe, however, that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and by taking this first step I will be there alongside you in your counseling journey of discovery and healing!
