I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University (2025) and a bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Studies with an emphasis in Business from Colorado Mountain College - Steamboat Springs (2016). I am also a Certified Addiction Technician and Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist. My husky mix, Gloria, and I are a volunteer therapy team through Heeling Friends. She is available to work with us for in-person, animal-assisted therapy as well. My approach is client-centered and rooted in compassion. I integrate a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based self-compassion, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I am also trained in the Flash Technique for trauma processing. My passion is creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. I believe healing happens in relationship—and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their path toward growth and self-understanding.
