Introduction

Hello there! I am a postdoctoral resident offering psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children, and families, as well as psychological assessment services. I have experience working with a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, identity development, and interpersonal challenges. I am passionate about working with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I integrate components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to help clients overcome their challenges and live by their values. I maintain an empathic space and focus on helping those I work with address thoughts and behaviors that are not helpful and explore new ones that are. Above everything, I am committed to helping clients live fulfilled and balanced lives.
