Welcome! Im Sadie, I am a cis gender, pansexual, neurodiverse, able bodied, white woman, and I am currently working towards my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about social justice and advocacy work as It expands and deepens my understanding of myself and of my clients. I believe that the identities we hold influence how we show up in the world, and how society shows up for us. My approach is person centered and multicultural, which means I believe my clients are the expert on their experiences and I want to incorporate your identities, relationships, and past experiences into the therapy process. I want to work along side my clients, to gain insight about your unique experiences, identify your strengths and expand them, and build new skills to manage the challenges you may be experiencing. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship that is safe and affirming so that my clients can explore, grow, and be their authentic selves. I am interested in learning about who you are, all of your passions and things that make you who you are, including the struggles, frustrations, and difficulties you may be seeking support for. You can call or email me to set up a free consultation.
