Introduction

We are licensed mental health providers through the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. In counseling, We will assist you in accomplishing the goals you set for yourself in an atmosphere characterized by mutual respect, cooperation, and understanding. Our role is to facilitate increased self-awareness, improved social relationships, a reduction of stress, and the development of personal coping skills. We have had the privilege to work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, and/or life transitions. We primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral, psychoanalytic, dialectical behavioral, and trauma informed care approaches to explore our clients’ past as it relates to the present and understand how unspoken factors like thoughts and feelings can influence their reactions. We may ask you to complete homework tasks, as we believe the work we do in session will be most effective if implemented in your life outside of therapy. We believe we are the change we seek to find. With your partnership, We are committed to helping you reach your goals through intentional choices, meaning, and insightful awareness. Let's reach greatness together!
